We have a large bedroom available in South Yarra in a first floor apartment. The room is fully furnished with a double bed large desk bedside bookcase and a huge built in wardrobe. If you have a bed we can get rid of the current bed however the other furniture belongs to the house. We share one bathroom a separate toilet kitchen and lounge room. We also have a balcony which faces away from the road. We are about 150m away from Hawksburn train station and close to trams on both Toorak Road and Malvern Road.We are 2 girls in our mid 20s looking for another girl a similar age who is willing to help clean on a weekly basis and enjoys hanging out every now and then. We like glasses of wine jogging and occasionally making dinner together or going out for drinks. Rent is to be paid monthly and the bills are split every 3 months (except $20 wireless monthly). You will need to stay for at least 6 months as you will have to sign a contract.
