House:
Great location right behind the Jam factory and a 2-minute walk to Toorak road and Chapel Street. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, good kitchen, shared dinning and living areas, large outdoor space. Permit parking on the street. ?

Furnished living areas, plus kitchen items, no furniture in room for rent. Feel free however to squeeze any furniture in where possible around the house. The house also has ducted heating and old school air-conditioning in the dining area and a backyard suitable for drinks, socializing or BBQs.
Two bathrooms. One an en-suite in my room and another at the back of the house combined with laundry.

Oh and there is a shed out the back!

Me: Bit about me. I’m Belle, a 25 year old female. I am a full time teacher and enjoy a drink on the weekend and a quite weeknight during the weekdays. I am friendly, clean and tidy, considerate of others space, good at paying bills. I like to look after the space I live in, particularly common areas, so someone with a similar view on this would be good.

I work pretty hard and enjoy catching up with friends. I do enjoy kicking back and having a laugh with my housemate but appreciate my own space and down time and respect that of others. I love music and enjoy trying new things.

Bedroom: The bedroom is a good size and can easily fit a queen bed with plenty of space left over. Mantle above an old fireplace (doesn’t work) and window looking out to the front of the house.

Looking for someone who thinks they will enjoy the house and living with me. Male or Female late 20′s to early 30′s. Preferred that people who apply work full time, but hay I’m flexible.
