My housemate Alex and I are looking for someone to move in to the large room we have available in our 3 bedroom apartment in Toorak. The unfurnished room is the largest room in the apartment with a nice view.

We are looking for a male or female aged between 24 and 35 with full time employment. No couples. 6 month minimum stay is preferred.

The rent is $650 per calendar month, due on the 1st of every month. The bond is the same price and is expected with the first months rent before moving in. The room is available on the 1st of June. Electricity and gas bills are divided equally between the three of us.

The apartment is in a great location. It’s about a 10 minute walk to either Toorak or Hawksburn stations. Tram and bus stops are also nearby. The Hawksburn village shopping strip is also closeby which has a supermarket, pharmacy, and a variety of clothes stores, cafes and restaurants.
