Newly purchased and furnished apartment in amazing South Yarra location!!

Hi! I’m a 26 year old female working in the advertising/branding industry. I’m looking for a flatmate for my newly purchased and furnished apartment in South Yarra. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, decked out with all brand new appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, etc).

I work pretty hard during the week, and tend to be out and about most of the weekend too. I’m looking for a tidy, respectful housemate to live with in a relaxed, no-fuss apartment.
