Good sized room with build-ins plus your own large bathroom (only shared as washing machine and dryer are in there). Lovely open plan living area with a good sized private courtyard. Close to tram bus and train also very close to Chapel street. Very cosy with central heating. Plenty of parking permit provided. Im a professional female enjoy a glass of wine and a bite to eat occasionally with my flatmate but do tend to socialise out side home a lot. I have a gorgeous little cocker spaniel who loves a cuddle and is well house trained!
