Walking distance to South Yarra Train Station Trams and Supermarket.Looking for a tenant thats working full time or part-time who has lived in a share house before You will be living with an easy going couple that are around 30 that likes to be social but also likes their own space!We usually dont have parties at the house as we go out sometimes to party as we are very close to Chapel St.Fully furnished except in the room we are renting thirds in the bills and wireless internet is available at $22 dollars a month each.Rent is $700 PCM. You dont see that price in South Yarra often!!!Couples are welcome short-term. But the price will be a bit more Move in date will be ASAP One months rent and bond ($600) will be payable in cash on the day of move in.
