The room is in a single fronted 2 story Victorian house. The house is 3BDR high ceiling polished boards with a courtyard.We are two female friends (23 27) who are fairly social but also like a bit of quiet time. Both post grad students studying and working. We are both clean and fairly tidy people looking for the same (sick of filthy housemates).Applicant must be queer friendly and hopefully someone we could hangout with also.
