Hi there, I’m Elisha, I have a spare room and am in need of a housemate! The home is a two storey townhouse in trendy South Yarra. It is close to trams, buses and the train station. You would also have your own car spot in an off street car port. The home has a large open plan living/ dining area. The kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a powder room/ laundry. There is a courtyard with a swim spa and BBQ. Upstairs has both bedrooms, a landing and your own bathroom. The bedroom is just over 3m x 3m and has built in robes. The home has ducted heating downstairs and heating/ air con upstairs. I’m looking for a clean, reliable and friendly person to share the house. I am not a party animal however, I would not object to sharing a wine and dinner with my housemate.
