Just 2 minutes walk from South Yarra train station and number 8 Moreland-Toorak tram, 5 minutes to Chapel Street and Yarra river. Bathroom has shower over bath and laundry facilities, kitchen has gas cooking.

Rent is paid monthly ($869) bond is $1000, bills (electricity and gas) are separate.

I’m Sarah, 26 year old South Australian (please don’t hold against me!) reasonably new to Melbourne and work full time. I’m fairly social on weekends, making the most of living in such an amazing location in this great city, pretty relaxed on school nights.
