Unit is in a great location for tram and train close to Toorak Rd and Chapel St but is in a quiet side street. Unit is fully furnished except for this room that has built in robe so you will need a bed. Parking is a on site but is a squeeze. Top floor (3) Unit with balcony so need to be able to use stairs.Share rent ($760 each pm) and utilities and internet 50/50 Landlord wants 12mth lease and bond ($760). Looking for somebody who will pay rent enjoy an occasional drink meal and laugh but also happy with their own company (no drugs!). I work and study keep the Unit clean but not a neat freak enjoy going out but am not a party animal.
