I have one furnished bedroom available in a 2 bedroom unit in Davis Avenue South Yarra

- 5 mins to South Yarra train station
- Furnished apartment (gas stove/heating)
- Walking distance to Chapel St and shops

The room comes with a double bed, large built in ward robe and bedside tables.

Rent will be $220 per week / 880pm (paid monthly)
Bond is $800, Bills will be split equally.

Room will be available Friday 2nd May
