Two of our amazing house mates are moving out in July and so we are looking for another single couple or pair willing to room share our third room. Rent is $162.50 per person for two to share the room otherwise $325 for the room to yourself.It is a two story townhouse two bathrooms three bedrooms. Lounge and Dining room and two outside areas. Front balcony/patio area looking out onto Darling Street where we like to enjoy social evenings with friends. The bedroom for rent is a huge double bedroom awesome built in wardrobe and has its own door to the second big bathroom. Permit Parking is available however you hardly need a car- Only a three minute walk to the train station and Toorak Road restaurants! Close to trams the city Chapel Street the Tan beautiful parks and the Yarra river!Looking for responsible and dependable housemates yet who dont mind coming downstairs for a social chat or drink! Need to pay rent on time. We are after housemates who we can not only be housemates with but also become good friends. Clean and tidy but not anal! Perfectly suited to a couple or great pair of friends who dont mind sharing a room. Rent is $162.50 per person per week paid monthly.
