Looking for a relaxed fun and clean housemate someone friendly to hang out with not just live with! I work 8 – 5ish and try to keep fit with gym and running. Im vegetarian but not fussed if my flatmate isnt. Im often out for dinner or drinks and like to come home to a tidy apartment so no party animals please! The apartment is fully furnished however the spare room is not. The room fits a double bed and there is a separate laundry. On street parking available. Within 3 minute walk to South Yarra station so light sleepers may struggle.
