This is a breathtakingly beautiful old ART DECO apartment one of very few located by the yarra and it is on the top floor! You will fall in love with it in the first sight like I did. The apartment has a prestigious name–Beverly Hill located on Alexandra side of Darling street. Walking distance to South Yarra station chapel street (como center) richmond and famous Botanic Gardern. There is a bike path along yarra that only take 10min ride to city or crwon. I wont spend more time to describ how great the location is because everybody knows! The apartment sits on 5th floor with no elevator which is a good bit excise everyday. It was originally built as a two-bed room apartment. After previous owners renovation it became one-bed but with a nice individual kitchen and separated toliet and bathroom. There are two big balcony area with great views of northern/eastern side and you can watch sun rise everymorning! The rooftop is just one level up with cloth-hangers in convenience.I am planning to convert the dinning area to the second bedroom for myself and you can have the gorgerious double bedroom with built-in carbet and a wall-heater. You are welcome to bring your own furniture or i can get it done for you. Actually all that room needs is a bed. I didnt want to rent it out but unfortunately i cannot afford the mortgage repayment with my tiny salary from being an scientist. I want someone professional tidy and responsible to share my dream house with me and it would be even better if we can enjoy each others company and expording life in melbourne best suburb together. I go back to my parents places during weekend quite often so you can have the whole house! Im dont mind if you host parties often just keep the house and content safe and keep the neighbours happy. I have a pet rabbit that lives freely in and out (i keep her out when im not home because she bites everything…) if you have a small pet we can decide how to make them live together or i can send my rabbit to my mums place.
