It’s the smallest room in the house but it’s also the cheapest and the amount of rent asked for it will still get your share of the bills paid plus a fortnightly cleaner, that’s right, you wont ever have to worry about picking up a mop or vacuum cleaner again!!
You’ll be living with two guys 28 and 24 and one girl 27, all work full time and have busy social lives. Love a bit of a drink and a party but mainly keep it to the weekends and all three of us smoke but only outside on the balcony.
We have to re-sign a 12 month lease so no backpackers or people on a limited working visa sorry.
