Great apartment 15 minute walk from the city with domain interchange tram stop just around the corner. ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. The flat is a nice size with an open plan design incorporating the kitchen and the living area the living area has wood floors and double patio doors leading out to the balcony. The room is a good size (would easily fit a queen bed) it has built in wardrobes and is carpeted. You will need to provide your own bed linen and bedroom furniture but everything else is provided.There is a good sized bathroom which leads into the utility room which has a washer dryer sink and cupboards. There is also a separate toilet. The kitchen has a gas cooker dishwasher and all the usual bits.The flat is furnished (except for the spare room) and it has internet TV DVD player free view etc. The complex itself has a gym swimming pool and tennis court.Im looking for a professional person tidy fun and sociable. Ideally Im looking for someone that likes to hang out and have a laugh isnt into having people over every night but likes to enjoy themselves at the weekend. A bit about me Im a pretty easy going guy surf and go to the gym quite alot and have been known to take the golf clubs out (with varying degrees of success).
