We need a room mate to move into our second bedroom in our quirky Richmond home. It is minutes walk from trams and train stops and bridge road. Also only a 5-10 minute walk from victoria gardens.The room is a good sized double room with plenty of natural light it comes with a wardrobe but otherwise unfurnished for you to make you mark upon. The living room has a big comfy leather sofa and chair. Foxtel is installed to complete your lounging experience.We are looking for a fun sociable person who we can enjoy a chat and chillout with and someone who will also enjoy the company of our two lovely dogs.
