Hey Guys,

My name is Jess, I’m currently living in a nice place in Richmond with two boys. Unfortunately they’re both moving on so I need to find two replacements.

The house is pretty big and in a great location, on Church Street, between Bridge Road and Swan Street. Surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants.

The rooms are both quite spacious easily fitting a queen sized bed, desk and draws/shelves. Have built in robes and large windows.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a powder room, laundry (with washer and dryer), large lounge, kitchen/dining area, plenty of storage under the stairs and garage (I don’t have a car)

I’m looking for two boys (sorry ladies) preferably working full time, 20-30ish, social, independent and easy going.
