Hey we have a room free in a renovated 3 bedroom house. It is a spacious bright room with new carpet and freshly painted walls. There is an option to buy a nice ikea double bed for $100… We are a couple and 1 singe male all from Ireland and working full time regular hours we need a housemate asap who is clean non- smoking and reliable with rent bills etc. The rent is 940 a month for 1 single person or 1100 for a couple.
