I have a double room available in a two bedroom townhouse in Burnley/Richmond area. It is centrally located with Burnley Station and a Route 70 tram stop 5 minutes away. It is close to cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets on Swan St, Bridge Rd and Church St, and it is 10-15 minutes from the CBD.

The townhouse itself consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen and living area, and a car park. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Furniture includes a TV, washing machine, fridge and kitchenwares. The bedroom is on the second floor with a large window and will easily fit a double bed and chest of drawers.

I am a 28 year old female who works full time. I am looking for a reasonably tidy, friendly, non-smoking, considerate housemate, who is happy to share a meal and a drink every now and then. Sorry, no couples.

Rent is $210 a week plus utilities, and the bond is $975. Internet is connected and is $35 a month. I would prefer someone looking for a 12 month lease.
