I am currently looking for a new housemate to share a two bedroom house. The house has an entry hall separating two large bedrooms, a good size lounge room, one study (size of a small bedroom), large kitchen, bathroom with a shower over the bath, separate laundry located out the back and a good size concreted back yard.

The electricity, gas and water bills are shared. There is cable wireless internet available if you want to share the cost – currently on a plan that includes 50GB internet and all local and national calls for $70 per month.

The location is great, a couple minutes walk to Victoria Street restaurants, three supermarkets within close proximity, easy access to public transport and about a ten minute walk to Bridge Road shops and cafes.

My name is Glenn and I am a 33 year male and work full time Monday to Friday. I am pretty easy to live with – all my previous house mates have been long term. I am quiet and do my share of cleaning. I do have a 5 month old kitten who is an indoor cat. You will need to be a cat person because he will come to you for the occasional pat and will sleep in the lounge or in my room.
