Hi there!

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely apartment on Malvern Road. The apartment has a big living room, a spacious balcony, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. You share the apartment with two other people.

We prefer someone clean, friendly and who likes and respects a quiet and peaceful living environment. All the bills are shared and there is a parking spot available if you own a car. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the building.

Right in front of the building is a tram stop and toorak trainstation is just a 5 min walk away. Chapel street is a 10 min walk. Very good location!

The medium sized room has a desk and we can provide a bed if required.
