The house has lots of natural light wooden floorboards throughout leading out to a courtyard. the house stays really cool in summer because of its high ceilings.The house is located close to all the nightlife and shopping of Chapel Street (about a 10 minute walk) and has tram stops at each end of the street. Woolworths and Coles are just a short walk as well a corner store 20 seconds away! There is plenty of street parking available if you have a car no permit required.
