Hi I have one double room available for one couple $160 each.The house house is located in a great area of prahran close to high street and 15min walk from Chapel St. Close to trams and shops.Its fully furnished but if you have your own bed the room can be unfurnished.Nice fireplace in the room as well as living room. Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage areas.Its worth a visit.I am 22yo brazilian guy full time employed easy going sociable clean and organised. I have a very cute small dog who lives inside his name is Jake he is very good with people and other animals so liking pets is a must. If you have a pet it may not be a problem bring him in and lets see how they go along together but it must be toilet trained.The ideal housemates would be resposible clean and organised. No backpackers nor party animals.The room is available twards the end of the month.Come to have a look at the house and you will sure love it.
