We are a guy and a girl Eddie and Samantha (not a couple) seeking an easy-going responsible and tidy housemate preferably female for our lovely old house in a fantastic location in beautiful Port Melbourne. Its just a three minute walk to Coles and the main shopping strip in Port Melbourne and just a five minute walk to the beach and public transport. The house is an old terrace with high ceilings a lounge with heating a small but tidy kitchen and is carpeted throughout. The bathroom is old but has a large bathtub and the loo is seperate from the house but close in the courtyard.The bedroom is a decent size with fireplace/mantlepiece with a wardrobe and clean carpeting.We live on a lovely quiet street with ample parking.We are easy going and keep to ourselves. Samantha is an art student and Eddie is a musician who works full-time and plays guitar sometimes but isnt into top 40 or dance music. Eddie plays in 2 bands and at times has 2 or 3 people over to do music in his small music room one night a week but with no drums so is fairly quiet and insulated.We are hoping to find someone who is not a party animal but can communicate well and is friendly sociable and healthy. A musical artistic and/or spiritually-inclined person would be welcomed. This is a slightly alternative house so we prefer someone who has an open mind. An easygoing positive and chilled atmosphere is how we like to have it here.
