Hello.. The house is an early 1900s high ceiling single fronted 3 bdrm with study/ storage room. 10 min walk to beach 10 min bus to city. Shops banks etc all within 5 min walk. I have been living here for five years and my current housemate has been here for one year. The other housemate/friend is moving back to WA so her room has become available. The house is relaxed. It is not an immaculate household definite no mess or dirt. All thats expected of each other is mutual respect and bills payed on time etc. We mainly do our own thing in the house. Craig works full time then mostly stays in his room except for cooking meals and I spend most time at work then yoga and my room. Sometimes in the lounge. We both play musical instruments. Alternative music. .etc. But never loud. This is a quiet house no parties.There is a cat here. . My interests are music sound engineering motorbikes and cars spirituality and travel. .
