The utility cost includes all utilities internet and cleaning of all common areas. There are two rooms for rent the other room is HUGE and is 210 including utilities. as Everyone has just fallen in love with the house and its location. Its only two blocks from the beach and the bus stop is outside the house taking you to the city within 10 minutes. You would be sharing with lovely friendly mature housemates and a cat and small dog. It will be home environment not a party house. We all work or study full time and have many other things on the go. The house is never full as we are out of the house most of the time.
