We will have one bedroom free at the start of July in our lovely fully furnished spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location on The Avenue in Parkville – 2 min walk from nearest tram stop (Number 19 tram) 8 min walk to Royal Park train station. Takes less than 15mins to get to Flinders St station on tram. Basically the apartment is between the city and Brunswick. Sydney Road is a 5 min walk away.

You would be sharing the apartment with two kiwis and an Irish girl. We are looking for an easy going social person of a similar age to us (25-35) that is working full time and is a bit of craic.

The apartment is fairly modern with an open plan kitchen and living area and large balcony as we are on the top floor. The bedroom is a medium sized room and has a double bed and built in wardrobes. Rent is $752 per month ($188 per week) and does not include bills. The only bill we pay is electricity. The bond is $800.

The apartment complex has a sauna and small gym in the basement but the better again is using the pool in the hotel beside us..
