We are friendly and quiet people- and would suit post-grad student etc as we are not a party house! The room is upstairs with loads of natural light. A gorgeous and PRIVATE bathroom (incl big bath) is for your use only and is modern steel and glass and adjacent to the bedroom. Ducted heating, large, quality built in robes, queen bed, desk, TV and sofa all in room, european appliances, main house cleaned weekly.
Transport is 2 minutes walk, with the Melbourne Uni 5-10 minutes walk, Hospital and CBD, all within walking distance too.
We are looking for a FEMALE, non smoker. Rent is monthly in advance, 1 months bond and rent is required upfront.
