ROOM:- double-size room that will easily fit a double/queen bed- BIR- ensuite- SW-facing windowAPARTMENT:The place itself is on the 3rd floor with a balcony that faces out onto the quiet and peaceful street. It has carpet throughout and air-con in the living area. NEAR:- Vic Markets- The Royal Childrens and The Royal Melbourne Hospitals- The University of Melbourne- RMIT- CBD- Police Station (although this does not mean I will come down at 4am to bail you out)- 7/11 (for those midnight munchies)- 19 55 59 trams- 401 bus to the train stationYOUR POTENTIAL FLATMATE:20y/o F undergrad student at UoM. Im pretty laid-back but due to a heavy work-load at uni I expect weekdays to be reasonably low-key and quiet. Usually I come home around 4:30pm to unwind for a bit hit the gym and then catch up on some work. Weekends are spent visiting family/friends volunteering or working on my tan. Love fashion mags travelling and the occasional dinner party. Im looking for someone who knows how to keep things tidy and preferably with an artistic eye or who doesnt mind me jazzing up the apartment. Not interested in 24/7 party animals pot-heads or slobs.
