Im moving out of my amazing house to head over to Western Australia so we need a replacement!About the room…On offer is a decent sized bedroom that is currently home to a double bed wardrobes chest of draws and a desk….all of which can stay! So the room can be FULLY FURNISHED or completely empty its up to you. The rest of the house is fully furnished and is not enormous but is more than comfortable for three people. There is a MASSIVE (can fit 3 or 4 cars) backyard that is mostly undercover and currently houses about 6 couches and arm chairs and an outdoor heater and BBQ great for summer and winter nights! The house is walking distance from RMIT and Melb Uni the VIc markets and the city. Its so close to two tram lines (57 59) and not far from the Nth Melbourne train station. Utilities arent very expensive (last water bill was $50 between all of us) and unlimited wireless is $20 each a month.The nitty gritty….Were looking for someone to take over the lease so your name will replace mine! The lease runs until Feb 14th next year and our land lords are lovely people so you can reassess then. Rent is $840 a month paid on the 14th so were looking for someone to move in late June/early July before July 14th. Bond is $796.33 and will be paid directly to me. About us…The other two girls you will be sharing with are both sociable fun loving lasses always keen for a laugh a glass of wine or a gin and a delicious home cooked meal. They are both students one studying a Master of teaching and the other her final semester and then honours in history and philosophy of science both at Uni Melb. We all love music festivals (much more Meredith than Future) movies clothes op shops food gin wine procrastinating markets and watching trashy tv…the voice is a regular and we have been known to throw pillows at Delta on the screen…The house works really well is clean and well kept and is regularly visited by our friends. It definitely is a sociable home and were looking for someone that wants to become part of our little family. About you…Were looking for someone fun sociable and happy who knows how to look after themselves and the rest of the house. Someone clean and tidy that does their share of the house work. Ideally you will be in your 20s a student or young professional who likes to have a good time and wants to become friends and not just housemates. We dont really mind boy or girl but it has been very much a girls house for the past 18 months weve been here.
