The room is medium sized is the room in the house that gets the most sun though we are on the ground floor of the apartment building so it is still cool in summer. it is positioned in North Mel near tram stops and just a short way from Victoria market. $650 a month to share with a nice muso house mate (that person being me) I also like to cook…. Ha ha Anyway need to get someone in by the 20th of this month…..
