We have one large room available in a large spacious house located in North Melbourne. We are sad to be leaving this amazing house, but we are off travelling overseas from July.

You would be living with three fantastic housemates, all of whom are very social but independent. Jess is 24, working part time and is a great photographer, who is always up for a chat and a red wine. Richie is 27 working full time, is a very talented musician and enjoys hanging out over a few beers. Tanya is 22, very social and is another great musician currently working on her incredible EP. They are all easy to get along with.

The house is two storey with four bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), so plenty of room for socialising or having personal space. We do have a fantastic balcony, a large lounge room and also an outside courtyard.

The bedroom itself is quite roomy so would suit a couple or single person. The room can be semi furnished, with 3 chest of draws, boom shelf, clothing rails and a double mattress if required.

Public transport is at the door with three trams available the 57,59 and 55 all very convenient and frequent. The house is also a nice walking distance to Errol street, the Vic markets and the CBD.

The room will be available from July 5th, you will be required to pay bond of $760 and sign on for the remainder of the lease (until Feb 5th (7 months), with the potential of continuing).
Rent is $240 per week for the room. If a couple were to take the room it would be $120 each.
