I am a busy teacher/visual artist looking for a flatmate who is mature cat tolerant (he is well behaved) independent able to clean shared spaces and communicate with ease. The rent includes all utility bills and internet and use of washing machine and dryer. The flat is right in front of tram and bus routes and a 20 minute walk to the city.
