The futon in the picture is mine so you are welcome to use it as well as the study desk and lamp.The house is fully furnished with couches / TV / DVD / washing machine and dryer / microwave / dishwasher / oven / fridge. You are welcome to use my kitchenware as well.Around us are the three major park (Albert park / Fawkner Park / Botanical Gardens) awesome for those who like to run in the park or hang out for a barbie.The trams are as frequent as they can get with St.Kilda Beach / Chapel St. / CBD just minutes awayplease note : no smoking/ no shoes in the apartment / no pets / no couples please / 4 months min stay.There is a deposit that is equivalent to one months rent.Please reply to me with some info about yourself.Happy Hunting :)Abb
