Hi!Im moving back to London and need someone to take over my room in an amazing apartment. Everyone that sees it comments on how nice it is :)The apartment is on St. Kilda Road opposite the Toorak Rd intersection. Trams stops are outside and only a 10 minute tram ride to Federation Square. There is a pretty large balcony with amazing views over Albert Park and the coast (19th floor!); you can sit on the sofa and gaze out over the lake to the sea.Youll be living with two girls and one guy all aged between 20 – 26. Theyre lovely sociable people and very easy to get on with. We like to keep the apartment clean as its such a nice place – messy people not welcome!The room is furnished with a double bed bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished.Bond is $1000 and monthly rent is $1260. Utilities arent included but they dont cost much and we also have foxtel.Ideal candidate would be an easy going sociable young professional.Cheers
