I am currently moving out of my apartment and looking for a suitable roommate to move into my room. My roommate is a 23yr old female who is easy going clean and good value. The room itself is large with a built-in wardrobe and has a connecting door to the bathroom. The apartment itself has great views of the ocean and Etihad stadium and is a stones throw away from Docklands Victoria markets and Spencer street station. The buildings amenities are: Gym spa and sauna. The living and kitchen areas are furnished however the bedroom is not.
