The room has amazing views of the city (check out the picture!), South Yarra and Richmond and comes with mirrored built in wardrobes ??The apartment is very comfortable with a large open plan full kitchen with dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. ??

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment and you will be sharing one of the bathrooms with another girl, she is really great, clean and tidy. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer ?

The apartment complex has a pool, tennis court and usage that can be used by all tenants.

The apartment has 2 current housemates (Mark, 25 and Katherine 25) both are young professionals, very cool, relaxed and have an excellent entertainment set up full of all the TV shows and movies you will ever need ??

I can leave a double mattress and lamp in the room is required otherwise the room is for you to furnish ??

The flat is on St Kilda Road, next to Domain interchange. About 7/8 trams run to the city so you never have to wait very long for one!

Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Medical center, McDonalds and Subway are just over the road ??

Rent is 931 (paid to letting agency on 15th of every month)?
Wireless Internet is very fast ?
All bills are split equally ?
