Im looking for a housemate to share my home with. The house 200m from Fitzroy North Village and 400m from Edinburgh Gardens and a 10 min walk to Brunswick St. Tram stop just across road and takes about 15 mins to get to city. It is a really great house with a courtyard filled with plants. The house is older style and has a retro feel to it which my vintage furniture complements. The room available is large and unfurnished – although I do have a few pieces of furniture you could use if need be.Im looking for someone who works full time hours. I also want to find someone who likes a pretty clean house is easy going likes the odd glass or two of vino (not too crazy though) can hold a good conversation and have a laugh and isnt a pot head. I would like to live with someone who wants to share the occasional meal together and who is fun to be around. Shouldnt be too much to ask I hope!Im a pretty easy going person. Like to laugh a lot. I like to cook watch movies see plays and bands have a glass of red have people over for dinner work (i know a bit sad..) and exercise and yoga etc…I have 2 sides to my coin. I am an actor and voice artist and I run a business organising and marketing share trading workshops from home. Both take up about an equal amount of time.
