Hello! I am going overseas (hurray!) and so I need to fill my room for just over a month (34 days).

The house is a lovely old style terrace house which has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and lots of communal space as well as a courtyard and balcony. The room itself is medium sized, furnished (with a double bed), with huge built in wardrobes and a separate area for study/work.

You would be sharing with Regan and Ken, both late 20′s and working full time. They are wonderful, considerate housemates who enjoy catching up with a glass of wine and good food.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of Fitzroy, in between Smith and Brunswick St, with the 86 and 112 trams only minutes away. The street itself is nice and quiet, however its only minutes away from plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and amenities. It’s impossible to get bored in this area!
