We have a fully furnished room for rent in a large, vibrant sharehouse right in the heart of Melbourne. We’d love to have a mature and socially confident person, ideally between 25-35 years old, who is comfortable living with half a dozen outgoing people. We’re a diverse mix of young professionals in our mid-20s to early-30s who all get along extremely well but still have our own busy lives and social groups to attend to. It’s a very clean and friendly house in which we regularly cook and eat together and we all love meeting and getting to know new and interesting people. We’ve especially enjoyed having internationals stay as we’ve had over 30 during the last nine years and loved the cultural diversity that they’ve all brought to the house.

The house is fully furnished with ultra high-speed wireless Internet, a very large lounge room with contemporary artwork and a television, and a beautiful outdoor private courtyard. We’re also opposite one of Melbourne’s most beautiful parks – the Fitzroy Gardens – and only a 10 minute walk, through the park, to the city. There are tram and bus stops outside the front door and many of Melbourne’s best night spots are just around the corner on Smith St and Brunswick St.
