Hi guys One of my housemates is sub-letting her room out for a few of months as shes going to the countryside for work. The room can come fully furnished or without anything its in a great friendly sharehouse in East Melbourne and is available from 5 June. The house is only a 10 min walk into the CBD and on the doorstep of Fitzroys bars around Brunswick and Smith Streets. The 109 tram also runs around the corner into the city as do a range of buses. The house itself is awesome clean spacious with three bathrooms a massive living room with TV and foosball separate dining room kitchen wireless internet and phone. Seven of us live here (five girls and two guys each person has their own room) and its a great mix of Aussies and English/Canadian/Italians. Were a sociable house in our mid-20s to early-30s all of us pretty laid back and up for a laugh. The rooms available from 5 June to late August though I can be flexible with the dates and you dont have to take the room for the whole period of time if you need to leave sooner.
