Give or take a day.The lease will be up for renewal on that date also.Ill be more than likely extending the lease for another 6 months but wont be doing it alone. (How boring would that be!)Ill put it straight out there and say that Id prefer a female to move in but will definitely consider males.Ive lived with a male for the last 8 years so need the change.I just tend to get along better with girls… maybe thats why they call me a girly-man??Because if people move in together you need to get along right? No couples. The place is too small for 3.Clean and tidy is a must. No slobs.Bills etc are all split.I occasionally like to drink get drunk and party Im not too wild though.Place is always open for inspection. Just booty-call/text/message/email yell and let me know so we can organise a time so I can try to be sober that morning for you to take a look. – kiddingThe place is a very secure 2 bedroom place with dishwasher and 2 reverse cycle split systems and a balcony overlooking South Warf Polly woodside and Jeffs Shed. If you squint you can even see the bay!There is an outdoor pool and BBQ area on the 5th floor but no Gym. Preferences:I dont smoke and would strongly prefer a non-smoker.Any agePrefer female but will consider males.No Pets.Gay/Straight – whatever.Has JobWord
