My roomate and I are both going abroad in July and are then looking for sombody to replace us in our nice 2 bedroom apartment in Docklands.
It is situated close to Southern Cross station and Ethiad Stadium and it is really easy to go in the City by walking or by tram (route 86, 30 or City Circle just in front of the building).

The apartment has a big balcony (with a great view!), a dishwasher and a washing machine and the room has a huge wardrobe (with mirror) and 2 single matresses.You can also have access to the gym and the swimmingpool in the building.

There are 2 rooms: one with 2 guys from Brazil and Columbia, and the other is the one we are leaving. 2 beds are then available – Guys and girls from everywhere are welcomed

The rent is $162/person/week
