The room itself is large, with a double bed provided.
Has a double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and plenty of extra space.

Apartment has a large bathroom, lounge and kitchen area and a balcony. It is located just across the road from Harbour Town shops and a tram stop servicing route 86, 70 and the city circle. A 10 minute walk down the harbour and you are right in the CBD.

A bond will be required and am looking for anyone willing to stay 3 months at the least. I am a 24 year old female working full time in the city, am sociable and often not home. I am looking for someone who is respectful, likes a laugh and is in a stable position. No couples, sorry!
