The house is a 2-storey recently renovated terrace house in Clifton Hill. It has wireless broadband 2-bedrooms 2 bathrooms a study and small backyard. The room itself is fully furnished has a queen size bed and a small roof top balcony. There is no off-street parking. The house is a 2-minute walk to the station bus stop and gym and 5 minutes to the Queens Parade shops. My partner and I are both professionals working in the education and construction sectors. We are easy-going great cooks enjoy a glass of red and bbqs in Summer. We are looking for someone who is tidy likes to help out with cooking on occassion has a good sense of humour has a social life does not smoke and is ok with cats.
