Hello! We are searching for a third housemate in our three-bedroom Carlton North Cottage. The house is just off Rathdowne St literally less than a minute from cafes and restaurants. Five minutes from Princess Park and Lygon St. 10 minutes from Brunswick St. We are near the 1 and 8 tram near Melb Uni or the 96 tram down Nicholson St. The house is large with a large kitchen and living area (complete with Free Foxtel and a massage chair.) Two courtyards with a large one out the back leading on to a lane way which includes a second bathroom laundry garden and a built-in bar. The room will easily fit a Queen bed bedside table and clothing rack plus has a view onto a courtyard. We are: A 24 year old guy who works in radio and a 26 year old lady that works in PR (not a couple). We like having our mates around Sunday sessions and general chit chat. We are both super laid-back enjoy a laugh and hope that you do too. We have more the merrier attitude so youre friends and family will always be welcome. The rent is $869 per month plus a $1000 bond.
