Im looking for a Female roommate whos willing to live with me for 12 months preferably as i already signed the contract for 12 months.Contract: 12 MonthsRent per week: $145Rent per Month: $628 (electricity and water bills are included) Internet is Not includedBond: $542Available from: 1st of August (Sooner the better)The Location of this Unilodge is very convenient. Its just opposite to University of Melbourne and only 10 to 15 Min walk to RMIT University. Tram stop is just at the door step. Woolworth at Lygon street is just two blocks away.This is a share room So its basically one medium sized room will be shared by us but Our bed will be separated by two Cupboards So theres privacy at night. Its fully furnished But you need to bring your pillow and blanket. I got a fridge as well. And in the Kitchen we have Microwave Cattle and Toaster. The Kitchen and Bathroom are share by people on the floor But they are always clean. Theres paid washing machines on this floor. We also got Foxtel on this floor. If you need to know anything else please ask :)Im studying at RMIT Uni Im very Easy going Friendly and Clean girl Im looking for similar kind of girl so that we can get along with each other quite easily.
