We are looking for someone to move into our large 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Carlton. Seriously amazing location with the CBD, Lygon street, Nova Cinema’s, Carlton Gardens and Fitzroy all very close.

Room is big with mirrored BIR. Beautiful big open kitchen, lounge and dining room opens onto a cute balcony. Rent is $1100 per month or about $250 per week. Bond is one months rent.

Your housemates would be Alex a 30 year old male who works full time in recruitment, likes to keep fit by riding his bike and running. Into, golf, the hawks, and trying new beers. Meagan who is 26, female also works full time in admin and studies online after work, (I also like to keep fit but I’m not as dedicated as Alex) Into music, art, yoga and well being.
Together we love getting outside, chilled Sunday mornings, good TV, checking out new bars and cafe’s, travel and food.

We are looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and respectful. Whilst we love to go out and try new things, Monday to Friday we are usually at home and like to keep things pretty quiet (apart from Monday Game of Thrones dinner parties). We love to cook and would be happy to share if your’re around.

Basics are: No smoking, no pets (because were not allowed not because we don’t love them), house is mostly furnished we have a bed available if you need one.
