Hello Im Ivan and Im seeking a roommate to share a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Carlton (Trinity Apartments). Room features built-in wardrobe and heater. Decent size for a city apartment. Bond is $1156.Location is really good. 5 minutes walk to Melbourne University Victoria Market tram stop on Swanston Street. 10-15 minutes walk to CBD closest supermarket would be QV Woolies.Unit is pretty much furnished (microwave fridge built-in oven dishwasher TV washing machine all included) living room missing some basic furniture. But basically furnished. Utility bills not included (About $70-80pm for power water Internet). Decent size balcony. A storage room is provided at the basement for storing misc items. Also 1 carspace is included (I dont own a car).Would prefer a non-smoker and under 30 easy-going person but not a must. No pets please as its against the body corp regulations. I enjoy music and films and sports (love badminton) and an occasional BBQ out in the balcony (looking to get a Weber Q). Not a party animal but certainly enjoy company. Im a full-time student doing Oral Health at Melbourne University.
